I have verified the Device ID is correct as well as output from the start up log. Is there a repository where the Freematics One+ Default version of this image is located to look at the code? It's not found in the Freematics GitHub repository and not sure when the last integration test was but with other successful devices working at this demo server, this one out of the box does not. This is the default out of the box Traccar Edition Software. I can see the following.as it appears to fail at LOGIN to the server. For more information about development, please refer to the Developers Guide.I just received my Freematics One+ Traccar Edition and tried to test it out using the latest 4.12 server at however entering the device ID and verifying I have a good cellular, GPS and IP address from the cellular system, I don't see it registering on the web client. If you are a pro, we recommend PlatformIO IDE as development environment and our reference code is organized as PlatformIO projects as well, though you can still use Arduino IDE or Arduino makefile with ESP-IDF. Together with our Freematics Arduino Builder which allows configuring, compiling and uploading Arduino sketches in one simple GUI, we intend to bring the best out-of-box experience for non-professional developers. As long as you have some basic knowledge about Arduino, you are good to go. So there is no need to start from scratch. We have been developing and maintaining a dedicated Arduino library for easy access to all hardware resources and a set of fully functional reference Arduino sketches for this product. The most exciting thing about this product is that you can create your own unique product or solution on top of our massive accomplished work. If included, the card will be inserted into the device when shipping. BYO SIM card is also an option.ģ2GB microSD card is supplied optionally. Please make sure to pop out the microSIM size (second size) and insert in the direction shown below. It needs to be activated and has a small monthly data quota free of charge. Hologram Global IoT SIM card is supplied with the kit optionally. North America (AT&T Certified), Australia (Telstra) HSPA+: Uplink up to 5.76Mbps, Downlink up to 42 MbpsĮurope, Asia, South America, Australia (Optus, Vodafone) LTE CAT4: Uplink up to 50Mbps, Downlink up to 150Mbps If a certain type is to be specified, please leave a order comment. Freematics ONE+ is a powerful Arduino programmable vehicle tracker in form of a OBD dongle that plugs into a vehicles OBD port. The type of cellular module will be chosen for you based on your shipping address. Vehicles using following vehicle protocols are supported. To check if your vehicle is OBD-II certified, open your hood and find the sticker that looks like this: Signal level varies on OBD port position and facing.įreematics ONE+ plugs into the OBD port usually located under the steering column. GNSS solution based on internal U-blox M8030 chip and antenna. GNSS solution based on external receiver containing U-blox M8030 chip and antenna which can provide optimal signal reception when placed exposed to open sky. If you decide to use this product in any commercial applications, it is your obligation to test and improve the firmware or develop your own from scratch to reach your standard. We are also not responsible for any functionalities of Traccar. Although it comes with pre-flashed firmware expected to work out-of-box with Traccar demo server and can be altered to work with any traccar server, the open-source firmware working as a traccar client and its dependent Arduino libraries are provided AS-IS without warranty of any kind. For easier configuration in Traccar, the device ID is printed on the back of each unit.ĭISCLAIMER: This is an Arduino/ESP-IDF compatible development kit working with Traccar software for prototyping/researching/hobbyist purposes. It integrates 4G LTE cellular module and standalone GNSS receiver and antenna as well as lots of useful peripherals for vehicle telemtry applications. This repository contains Java-based back-end service. Freematics ONE+ Traccar Edition is based on Freematics ONE+ pre-flashed with open-source firmware that connects to Traccar's demo server out-of-box. Traccar is an open source GPS tracking system.
